The all new Samsung S8 and S8+

A sneak peak: Samsung S8 and S8 Plus

Samsung has come with a new flagship this year. The phone is named S8 and a bigger version is called S8+. Both the phones are yet to launch. They may be available to Indian customers on April 21, 2017. The pre-orders could include a free speaker or a SD card (unknown and unverified source).

The phone has a decent specs of 10 nm chipset with 4 Gigs of ram. Although, the chipset is all new and powerful one, Samsung has not disclosed any information regarding whether the chipset is a snapdragon or a home baked exynos processor!

The phone also features infinity display, which covers the most part of screen. The display is quite vivid and has a 570 PPI and 529 PPI for S8+. The Samsung logo at the top has been removed to make the screen look bigger. Also, the home button at the bottom has been removed too. The home button is hidden under the screen, that means it will be a software button. 
The finger print scanner is put at the back which is quite comfortable to use.
The display screen of S8 is 5.7" and S8+ is 6.2". Though the aspects ratios of the phones are quite unorthodox (18.5 by 9 aspect ratio).
The phone comes with 4 GB of ram and an expandable storage. The phone still retains water and dust proof too.


S8 is powered by a 3000 mAh battery while S8+ has 3500 mAh.
Camera at the back is 12 MP and at the front is a 8 MP shooter. Though, rear camera posses the same hardware as its predecessor, S7 Edge, it still has a better post processing functionalities. The camera screen also packs with software key to zoom in and focus on the subject. The camera at the front is a real shooter for the selfies. The front shooter packs with distinct pixel packing that allows the user(s) to clearly focus on the face of the people.


The volume rocker button is set to single style mode and below that we can see a button specifically assigned for one purpose - for Bixby! Bixby is an alternate version of Google plus from Samsung. It has its own server and AI to access in the data. Shoot something on the go and find out what it is via Bixby. Bixby also helps you to talk to and access the content without using your hands.
The accessories include Samsung Dex and portable wireless charger. The wireless charger, unlike its predecessor is foldable. It can be flat or inclined to your comfort. The Samsung Dex is a new deck system that allows you to have the mobile turn into a mini computer to use your office or other works. It has built in windows 10 view and also features all the windows Office functionalities.
And yeah I forgot to tell you, Samsung is sticking to its edge display as its permanent style. The S8 and S8+ will remain to hold the edge at its sides and will beautifully fit into your palm.

Last but not least, the S8 and S8+ features an Iris scanner that allows you to unlock your phone via a look. The scanner reads your iris and unlocks the mobile as well as your private folders too. This could be a revolutionary way to access the data or transfer some or may be could be used to pay for the bill using Samsung Pay!
