Samsung is responding to the camera bug that has been complained by the reviewers. Samsung has told that it is working on the software glitch of the camera system and is updating the S20 Ultra review units in South Korea.
The update is currently for the South Korea units and it is still unknown for other countries.
Reviewers across globe have received the S20 Ultra unit and are really happy with performance of the beast phone. However, it came by surprise to all that the camera has autofocus issue and over smoothening of the pictures taken. Since then reviewers are complaining about the under performance of the camera system which Samsung boasted to have the best camera system on the mobile phone currently.
Samsung has promised a better update to worldwide for review units and the retails units will have better software upgrade hopefully.
To remind about the camera system, the S20 Ultra has 108 MP primary sensor, 48 MP telephoto lens, 12 MP ultra wide angle lens and VGA depth sensor for the better photography. Samsung has also upgraded the camera module with rectangular shape which also houses a space zoom functionality that promises a staggering 100x digital zoom. A hybrid zoom is at 10x.
The phone is set to hit the Indian markets on March 15, 2020. The phone is currently under pre order and is priced at 92,999/- rupees only. The pre order comes with a accidental damage package priced at 1999/- rs and Samsung Buds + with price of 1999/- rs against the original price of 4000/- and 11,999/- respectively. It is said that few customers invited by Samsung will also get a clear view cover priced at 699/- instead of 3199/- rs.
